Canadian women's fashion store on Google Shopping, live since April 2026 — 639 products, 6 months of Merchant Center history, 1.76x ROAS over the last 90 days at roughly break-even net margin. The main campaigns are currently paused (only a €3/day PMax is live), which is the entire reason the 30-day numbers look weak — the best campaign did 1.80x ROAS on €1,977 spend and can be switched back on day one. Full disclosure: GMC had a misrepresentation suspension in late August, resolved early September and clean since.

Store ownership. Shopify moves the store into an account the buyer already controls. The seller keeps their own Shopify account, and the buyer sets up Shopify Payments under their own business details.
Ad account setup:
Dedicated to this store: Google Ads and Merchant Center are dedicated to this store and run under the store's own domain email. The buyer receives that account login, so both accounts and their full history transfer with the store. Billing is re-papered to the buyer: they add their own payment method and business details.
