Payments
Buyers pay the purchase price to EcomFlips by bank transfer. EcomFlips holds it as stakeholder for both parties and pays it to the seller, less its success fee, once the buyer confirms the handover. EcomFlips is not a bank or a licensed escrow provider and does not hold this money under any regulated escrow, client-money or trust scheme; the terms on which it is held are in the Transaction Agreement.
Invoicing
MB Online Marketinginvoices the seller for its success fee on every completed sale. The sale of the store itself is a contract between the buyer and the seller, and its invoice is issued in the seller's name; EcomFlips prepares and sends that invoice on the seller's behalf, as both parties agree in the Transaction Agreement.
