Affiliate Program Terms.

1. The program

The EcomFlips affiliate program pays affiliates a share of the EcomFlips success fee on qualifying deals. Every registered account (except administrator accounts) automatically receives a personal referral link; by sharing it you accept these terms. We may pause or end an individual's participation, or the program, at our discretion.

2. Attribution

• Your tracked link sets a first-party attribution cookie valid for 90 days. If several affiliate links are clicked, the most recent click before signup wins.
• A user is attributed to you when they create an account while your cookie is present. Attribution is permanent and exclusive: one affiliate per user, assigned once.
• Users who already have an EcomFlips account cannot be re-attributed.

3. Commission

• You earn 25% of the EcomFlips success fee actually collected on each deal completed by a user attributed to you, whether they act as buyer or seller, unless we have agreed an individual rate with you, in which case your dashboard shows the rate that applies. Unless we notify you otherwise, there is no time limit after signup.
• If another affiliate referred the other party to the same deal, the total commission paid across both of you is capped at 60% of that deal's success fee, divided between you in proportion to your rates. This applies only when both sides of a single deal are attributed; where you referred one side, your full rate applies.
• Commission accrues when the deal's payout is made to the seller and is confirmed after a review by our team. Refunded deals earn nothing; partially resolved deals may be adjusted to match the fee actually collected.
• No commission accrues on your own deals, deals of your own accounts, or deals we determine to be self-referral or manufactured volume.

4. Payouts

• Confirmed commissions are paid monthly by bank transfer, PayPal, or Wise, once your balance reaches €50 per currency.
• You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes on amounts you receive. Where required, we may ask for an invoice or tax information before paying.
• If a paid-out deal is later reversed, we may offset the corresponding amount against future payouts.

5. Promotion rules

• No misleading claims about EcomFlips, guaranteed outcomes, or earnings. Describe the platform accurately.
• No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bidding on EcomFlips brand keywords, or impersonating EcomFlips.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship where the law or platform rules require it (e.g. #ad).

6. Changes and termination

We may change rates, rules, or end the program prospectively at any time; accrued commissions under the old terms are honoured. We may remove affiliates who break these rules, with unconfirmed commissions forfeited in cases of fraud or material breach.
