Commission accrues when the seller is paid out and is paid to you after review. Same store selling again later? That deal earns too.
How you get paid, and where the money comes from.
The buyer's money is held for the parties until the handover is confirmed, then it goes to the seller. Your commission doesn't come out of that, and you never invoice a buyer or a seller. It comes out of our success fee, and we pay it from our own account.

Buyer pays EcomFlips
The money is held for the two parties while the store changes hands. Nothing is ours yet, and nothing is yours yet.

The fee is set at acceptance
The 15% success fee is fixed when the offer is accepted and comes out of the seller's proceeds, never out of the buyer's price.

Payout pays everyone
When the buyer confirms the handover, we pay the seller their proceeds and keep our fee from the same payment. Your commission is booked at that moment.

We pay you monthly
We review the deal closed cleanly, then pay out monthly from €50, by bank transfer or PayPal, to the details in your dashboard.
Two consequences worth knowing. A deal that collapses before the payout earns nothing, because the fee that funds your commission was never charged: no payout, no fee, no commission. And your payout never depends on the buyer or seller paying you, only on us, which is the point of routing it this way. Everything accrued, approved and paid is itemised per deal in your affiliate dashboard.
