Listing standards
Not every store gets listed.
We're deliberately strict. Buyers deal here because the bar is real — so it's worth being clear about exactly what a listing has to clear before it goes live.
Human-reviewed before it goes live
Every listing is checked by our team before it is published. Nothing goes live automatically — a person reviews it first.
Real numbers, on the record
A listing's revenue, ad spend and ROAS are reviewed for internal consistency before approval, and are represented as warranties inside the Asset Purchase Agreement — not casual claims.
No active suspensions or restrictions
We don't knowingly list a store, ad account or merchant account that is under an active suspension or policy restriction. Resolve it first, then list.
Ownership confirmed at submission
Sellers confirm they are the legal owner when they submit — a legal representation captured with a timestamp, and re-affirmed in the Asset Purchase Agreement at closing.
Anonymous until a deal is underway
The store URL and the seller's identity stay private to the public. They surface only inside a deal room, once a buyer engages.
Escrow on every deal
Money only ever moves through Escrow.com and is released on a dual-confirmed transfer. EcomFlips never holds buyer funds.
If a store doesn't clear the bar, it doesn't get listed. That's the line we hold — for buyers and sellers alike. Listing is free; you only pay when your store sells (15%, minimum €500).
